§ 114.34 TATTOOING REGULATIONS.
   Notwithstanding the holding of a license, the following prohibitions and restrictions shall apply to all tattooing in the town:
   (A)   No person while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic shall be tattooed.
   (B)   No person under 18 years of age shall be tattooed, and the licensee shall require photo identification as proof of age before tattooing any person.
   (C)   The records required to be maintained by the Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for the Registration of Tattoo Artists and Tattoo Parlors, Section 17.0, as most recently amended, shall at all times be available for inspection by proper police and service personnel.
   (D)   No tattooing establishment shall remain open later than 11:00 p.m.
