§ 114.29 APPROVAL BY POLICE CHIEF REQUIRED.
   Each application for a license under this subchapter shall be made out in triplicate, one copy for the Town Clerk, one copy for the Chief of Police and the third copy for the applicant. No license shall be issued to any applicant unless his or her application is approved by the Chief of Police.
