Any license granted under the provisions of this subchapter shall be cancelled and revoked by the Council upon the conviction of the holder thereof of a violation, or upon conviction of any misdemeanor or felony by any court of competent jurisdiction or by the holder violating any of the provisions of the code, other ordinances or rules and regulations of the town.
