§ 114.09 FALSE ADVERTISING PROHIBITED.

Any person securing a license under this subchapter who makes any false or fraudulent representation by advertising or otherwise shall be guilty of violating the provisions of this subchapter and the same shall be sufficient grounds for a revocation of such license.
