§ 114.04 INVESTIGATION OF APPLICANT.
   The Town Clerk shall forward the application to the Police Department which shall cause an investigation to be made as to the character and background of the applicant. The Chief of Police shall make a report, in writing, as to his findings which shall be referred to the Council with the application.
