In the event the licensee and/or owner and/or operator of the premises containing amusement games shall knowingly permit any person under the age of 18 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 21 to play or operate an amusement game after 10:00 p.m., such licensee and/or owner and/or operator shall be subject to the penalty of § 112.99.
