Every license granted under the provisions of this subchapter shall be issued by the Town Clerk and shall designate the location or place where the license is to operate and shall not authorize the exercise of such license at any place other than therein designated. Such licenses may be granted at any time or times and shall terminate on the third Wednesday in April, next after the granting thereof.
