§ 111.97 VIOLATIONS: REVOCATION, SUSPENSION, OR FINE.

Every license issued by the BLC pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws, Title 3, Ch. 5 (the Licensing Laws), as may be amended from time to time, shall be subject to revocation or suspension or the licensee shall be subject to fine under § 111.99 by the BLC for breach by the holder thereof of any of the licensing laws or any of the rules and regulations of the BLC in this chapter.
