(A) Violations of this chapter shall be punishable under the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) In addition to or in lieu of punishment under division (A), the Town Council, if it determines that a permit holder has violated town ordinances or the terms of the permit, may revoke or suspend the permit; may conditionally re-issue the permit or remove the suspension; and/or may deny future applications by the same applicant; provided that proper notice has been given to the applicant and a duly advertised show cause hearing has been convened by the Town Council acting as the Board of License Commissioners.
