§ 99.09 SMOKE AND FIRE ALERT DETECTORS.

Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to prohibit the installation of and use of so called smoke or fire alert detectors designed for internal use for the protection, safety and well being of the occupants of any building, structure or facility, and no permit is required far the installation of same.
