(A) Vehicles ordered towed by the Police Department for violation of the motor vehicle code must be picked up in the presence of the officer, and the tow truck operator must give a receipt to the officer. Any visible damage to a vehicle should be noted on the receipt.
(B) All tow companies must respond to a call within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Chief of Police.
