§ 94.45 OBSTRUCTING RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to block, obstruct or in any way impede the public use of or access to designated public rights-of-way to the water as defined by the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council or the Town of Middletown.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park or store a vessel or vehicle or erect a structure on a designated public right-of-way to the water as designated by the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council of the Town of Middletown.
