§ 94.03 BEACH REGULATIONS.

It shall be unlawful for any person without proper authority to be upon, build a fire or picnic upon any beach within the jurisdiction of the town between the hours of midnight and sunrise of any day, or to conduct himself in a noisy and boisterous manner upon any such beach at any time.
