§ 91A.99 PENALTIES.
   (A)   Any violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $100.00 dollars.
   (B)   In the event of a violation by a corporation, a responsible officer of the corporation shall be liable to like penalties, in addition to those applicable to the corporation.
