§ 91A.08 FIRE ALARM SERVICE.

Resetting or silencing of the fire alarm system, by trained personnel, shall not be done until cleared through the Fire Department and/or Alarm Service Company. The Fire Department is not obligated to silence the alarm system or to reset it. The Fire Department is an emergency service, and not liable for the functioning of the system.
