§ 91A.07 SMOKE OR FIRE ALERT ALARMS OR DETECTORS.

Nothing herein shall be deemed to prohibit the installation and use of "smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors" designed for internal use for the protection, safety and well being of occupants at any private residence, and no permit shall be required for the installation of the same.
