§ 91.14 FIRE PLAN REVIEW.
   The town's Deputy Fire Chief shall act as the town's Fire Marshal and shall perform the duties of the Fire Marshal in accordance with the State Fire Code.
   (A)   Fire Plan Review Program. The town Fire Marshal is responsible for the administration of Fire Plan Review Program. The town Fire Marshal shall approve or disapprove completed sets of plans submitted to his or her office within a reasonable time, not to exceed 90 days.
   (B)   Applications. Applications for plan review shall be made on the forms provided by the Middletown Fire Department and shall be accompanied by a plan review fee in accordance with the town fee schedule and not less than four copies of construction drawings drawn to scale with sufficient clarity and detailed dimensions to show the nature and character of the proposed work.
   (C)   Appeal process. Appeals shall be made to the Fire Safety Code Board of Appeals and Review in accordance with the State Fire Safety Code.
   (D)   Use of fees. All fees collected by the town Fire Marshal shall be deposited as general revenue and shall be utilized exclusively for supporting the operations of the town Fire Marshal.
