§ 90.31 AUTHORITY OF OFFICERS TO APPREHEND DOGS.
   In the discharge of the duties imposed by this subchapter, the dog officer, or any police officer of the town, shall have the authority to take possession of any dog roaming at large which is allegedly in violation of the provisions of this subchapter.
