(A) No dogs shall be allowed in school yards or on school property, whether at large or under restraint, without obtaining a permit issued at the discretion of the School Department; service animals excepted.
(B) No dogs shall be allowed in any stores or eating places within the town, whether at large or under restraint; service animals excepted.
(C) No dogs shall be allowed on any athletic or sports fields managed by the town, service animals excepted.
