§ 90.21 PURPOSE OF SUBCHAPTER.

This subchapter is adopted pursuant to the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws Title 4, Chapter 13, for the purpose of regulating the care, custody, control, impounding and destruction of dogs in the town and amended pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 400 of the Public Laws of 1985 (R.I. Gen. Laws 4-13-1-9(d)(1)) for the purpose of licensing dogs in the town.
