§ 73.04 OPERATOR TO EXERCISE CARE FOR PERSONS AND PROPERTY, YIELD TO PEDESTRIANS.
   Each person operating a bicycle shall at all times operate it with due regard for the safety of other persons and vehicles lawfully on the streets and public places, as well as for his own safety; and shall at all times yield the right-of-way to pedestrians.
