§ 72.37 PARKING PROHIBITED WITHOUT PAYMENT OF FEE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to stand or park a motor vehicle on the property described in § 72.36 without paying the fee therein prescribed unless exempted from payment under the provisions of this subchapter.
