§ 71.28 EXISTING DEVICES CONTINUE IN EFFECT.

All traffic control devices which are in place by authority of the Council as of the effective date of this code shall be continued in place and shall have full force and effect for their respective purposes until altered or removed pursuant to authority of the Council.
