(A) R.I. Gen. Laws § 31-12-12 authorizes the Council to designate particular highways is one-way highways and to require that all vehicles thereon be moved in one specific direction.
(B) When one-way-street signs are erected at entrances to streets so designated, every driver of a vehicle upon any such one way street shall drive only in the direction indicated by such signs.
