§ 53.24 ENFORCEMENT MEASURES AFTER APPEAL.
   If no timely appeal of a Notice of Violation has been taken and the violation has not been corrected pursuant to the requirements set forth in the Notice of Violation, or, in the event of an appeal, within ten days of the decision of the municipal authority upholding the decision of the authorized enforcement officer, then representatives of the authorized enforcement officer shall undertake all necessary actions, including requesting injunctive relief through the Superior Court, to enter upon the subject private property and take any and all measures necessary to abate the violation and/or restore the property.
