No person owning, leaving or operating any garage, automobile repair shop, machine shop, laundry, foundry, or any other business wherein oil, gasoline, benzine, steam, rubbish, or by-products of coal, coal tar, gas or petroleum is used shall introduce or turn into, or cause or suffer to be introduced or turned into any part of the sewerage works or catch basins in the Town of Middletown, any such oil, gasoline, benzine, steam, rubbish, by-products, of coal, coal tar, gas or petroleum.
