All wastes from automotive washing floors, garages, stables and buildings housing livestock or cattle must be passed through silt basins of ample size, to be prescribed by the Director of Public Works, before delivery to any part of the sewerage works, and these silt basins must be cleaned at frequent intervals and maintained in effective condition at all times.
