§ 37.047 OVERTIME COMPENSATION.
   The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) (29 U.S.C. § 207) and the Code of Federal Regulations,
Title 29, will be the controlling law with respect to determining minimum overtime compensation for town employees.
