Applications for employment shall be accepted at any time. As a result of a single application, a candidate shall be considered for all classes of positions in which his principal qualifications might profitably be used. Each candidate for town employment shall make application on the standard form prescribed and provided by the Personnel Board. Such information may be required as is deemed necessary in order to judge the applicant's fitness for service in the town.
