§ 37.003 COMPOSITION OF UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE.
   The unclassified service shall include the following:
   (A)   All elected officials and members of boards and commissions.
   (B)   Persons appointed to fill vacancies in elected office.
   (C)   Officers appointed by the Council.
   (D)   The Town Administrator and the following appointive administrative heads of departments:
      Chief of Police, Fire Chief and the director of the several town departments.
   (E)   Volunteer personnel and personnel appointed to serve without pay.
   (F)   Seasonal employees.
