A person who qualifies for and receives an exemption under this subchapter, and who subsequently moves their legal domicile outside of the town but continues to maintain ownership of a residential dwelling unit within the town, shall be entitled to reapply and qualify for an exemption hereunder without waiting an additional five year period, provided they reestablish their legal domicile within the town and otherwise meet all other requirements of this subchapter.
