§ 72.11 PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES AND RV'S, MOTOR HOMES OR CAMPERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any commercial vehicle or commercial trailer on any public street or highway within the town for a period exceeding two hours, except when engaged in active deliveries, construction, repairs or other similar business activities. This section shall not in any event be construed to permit the overnight parking of commercial vehicles or commercial trailers on any public street or highway. As used in this section, "commercial vehicle" means a vehicle of over one and one-half ton capacity that is not registered as a passenger vehicle.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to park any RV, motor home or camper on any public street or highway within the town for a period exceeding two hours. As used in this section, "RV, motor home or camper" means any structure or vehicle used or intended to be used or capable of being used a permanent or temporary living quarters by any person, which structure or vehicle is mounted upon wheels and may be moved from place to place either by its own power or power supplied by some other vehicle attached toit or to be attached to it.
