§ 119.08 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   If the town determines that any of the provisions of this chapter are being violated, it shall notify, in writing, the entity responsible for such violation, indicating the nature of the violation and ordering the action necessary to correct it. The town shall order discontinuance of illegal use of land or structures, removal of illegal structures or additions, alterations or structural changes thereto, discontinuance of any illegal work being done or shall take any other action authorized by this chapter to ensure compliance with, or to prevent violation of, its provisions.
   (B)   Any person, corporation, or other entity, whether as principal, agent, employee, subcontractor or the like, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500.00 for each offense. Each day of the existence of any violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   The erection, construction, enlargement, conversion, moving or maintenance of any small wireless facility and the use of any town structure, building or location contrary to any of the provisions of this chapter is hereby declared to be a violation of this chapter and unlawful. At the request of the town, the Town Solicitor, immediately upon any such violation having been called to attention, shall institute injunction, abatement or any other appropriate action to prevent, enjoin, abate or remove such violation.
   (D)   The remedies provided for herein are cumulative and not exclusive and in addition to any other remedies provided by law.
