§ 92C.05 ENFORCEMENT.

(A) The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the Middletown Police Department, the Building Inspector/Zoning Officer and/or such other municipal employees designated and authorized by the Town Administrator.

(B) All violations of this chapter shall be heard by the Middletown Municipal Court.
