§ 33A.049 TOWN PROCUREMENT RECORDS.
   (A)   Contract file. The purchasing agent shall maintain all determinations and other written records pertaining to the solicitation, award, or performance of a contract for the town in a contract file.
   (B)   Retention of procurement records. All procurement records shall be retained and disposed of by the town in accordance with records retention guidelines and schedules approved by the state.
