§ 33A.039 COST OR PRICING ANALYSIS.
   A cost analysis or a price analysis, as appropriate, shall be conducted prior to award of the contract other than one awarded under § 33A.030 (Competitive Sealed Bidding). A written record of such cost analysis or price analysis shall be made a part of the contract file.
