§ 116.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the following penalties:
      (1)   Upon a first conviction, by a fine not exceeding $100;
      (2)   Upon the second conviction within one year of a prior conviction, by a fine not exceeding $200; and
      (3)   Upon any subsequent conviction within one year of two prior convictions, by a fine not exceeding $500.
   (B)   Separate offense for each day. Any person, firm, corporation or other entity that violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any such entity commits, continues, permits or causes a violation thereof.
