§ 116.97 PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   Any use or condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of any of the provisions in this chapter shall be, and is hereby declared to be, a public nuisance and shall, at the discretion of the town, be a cause of action pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 10-1-1 et seq.
