1-11-2: CLEANING DEPOSIT:
The city may charge a refundable cleaning deposit, as established from time to time by resolution of the council, to all renters. The city shall have the right to keep such cleaning deposit if the Trolley Station is not left in as good as or better condition than it was found. (Ord. 587, 1-18-2017)
