1-5-7: BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS:
There is hereby established a building code board of appeals having three (3) members performing the duties according to international residential code rule 112. Board members shall be appointed by the city council and shall serve until replaced. (Ord. 587, 1-18-2017)
