1-5-2: CITY COUNCIL:

A. Composition: The legislative authority of the City shall be vested in a Council consisting of four (4) members, qualified as provided by law. The Council shall have such powers and duties as prescribed in Idaho Code section 50-701.

B. Salary Of Members: Each member of the Council except the President shall receive a monthly salary of five hundred and fifty dollars ($550.00).

C. Salary Of Council President: The Council President shall receive a monthly salary of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00).
