8-1-10: TRUANCY/FAILURE TO SUPERVISE A CHILD:

It shall be unlawful for any child to be a truant, as defined by Idaho Code section 33-206, and it shall be unlawful for any parent or guardian to fail or refuse to cause their child to be instructed as provided by Idaho Code section 33-202. (Ord. 573, 2-3-2016)
