It shall be unlawful for any person to be a vagrant. Residents shall reside in a house, duplex, triplex, apartment, condominium, townhouse, or manufactured home certified by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or International Residential Code adopted in section 4-1-2 of this Code. Residents shall not reside in a storage unit, accessory structure, camper, trailer, RV, bus or other vehicle, tent, tepee, igloo, box, sleeping bag, or other shelter.
