7-3-2: ENFORCEMENT:

A City official has the authority to eject from the park any person who violates any portion of this chapter. Any person ejected from the park shall leave promptly and peaceably and shall not return to the park for any reason on the same calendar day of his ejection. (Ord. 569, 12-21-2015)
