7-2-3: SEWER CONNECTION FEE:
   A.   A fee determined and set by the city council shall be charged and collected by the city for each sewer connection. The council shall determine and set, by resolution, the amount of the connection fee from time to time.
   B.   The sewer connection fee shall be paid with the building permit fee. (Ord. 553, 3-18-2015)
