A. A fee determined and set by the City Council shall be charged and collected by the City for each water connection. The Council shall determine and set, by resolution, the amount of the connection fee from time to time.
B. The water connection fee shall be paid with the building permit fee, unless no building permit is required then the fee shall be paid upon application. (Ord. 587, 1-18-2017)
