A. Specifications Adopted: The City of Middleton hereby adopts specifications and details of the most current edition of the "Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction" as standards for construction within the impact area and City limits. These standards are augmented by general addenda, approved by resolution of the Council as necessary, to ensure uniform material selection and construction practice for those items specific to the City of Middleton.
