4-2-2: DEFINITIONS:
   A.   Whenever the word "jurisdiction" is used in the International Fire Code, it is the City of Middleton.
   B.   Where the party responsible for the enforcement of the International Fire Code is given the title of "Fire Marshal", add the following definition:
   FIRE MARSHAL: The Chief of the Middleton Rural Fire District or his designee. (Ord. 609, 7-3-2018)
