133.01 ESTABLISHED; DUTIES.

(a) In accordance with Ohio R.C. 733.262, there is hereby created the position of Village Fiscal Officer. The salary of the Village Fiscal Officer shall be as provided by Council and payable bi-weekly.

(b) The Fiscal Officer shall have those powers, duties, and functions as provided by the general laws of the State of Ohio. (Ord. 09-02. Passed 1-13-03.)
