The front of a room or place of business where beer or intoxicating liquor is sold shall be so constructed and maintained as not to interfere with a clear view of the interior from the street or streets on which such room or place of business is situated.
In all such rooms or places of business in which booths are constructed for public use, such booths and the backs thereof shall be not higher than thirty-two inches from the floor.
No person shall operate, conduct or permit to be operated or conducted, displayed or kept in any such room or place of business any game of chance or gambling device of any kind whatsoever.
No person shall have, keep, sell or offer for sale, any beer or intoxicating liquor in any side or back room, adjacent to any room or place of business in which beer or intoxicating liquor is lawfully sold.
No person shall permit any social dancing as an exhibit or otherwise, to be conducted or done in any such room or place of business.
No person shall permit any minor under the age of eighteen years to enter or remain in any room, or place of business in which beer or intoxicating liquor is sold, unless the minor is accompanied by his parent or guardian.

Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
